{"id":9813,"date":"2013-12-30T13:11:28","date_gmt":"2013-12-30T13:11:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/itingagospel.com.br\/portal\/?p=9813"},"modified":"2013-12-30T13:11:29","modified_gmt":"2013-12-30T13:11:29","slug":"recem-nascido-morre-apos-avo-recusar-transfusao-de-sangue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/itingagospel.com.br\/portal\/recem-nascido-morre-apos-avo-recusar-transfusao-de-sangue\/","title":{"rendered":"Rec\u00e9m-nascido morre ap\u00f3s av\u00f3 recusar transfus\u00e3o de sangue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A mulher afirmou que o procedimento m\u00e9dico ia de encontro com sua cren\u00e7a religiosa<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/itingagospel.com.br\/portal\/recem-nascido-morre-apos-avo-recusar-transfusao-de-sangue\/hgf-266x200\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-9814\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-9814\" title=\"hgf-266x200\" src=\"http:\/\/itingagospel.com.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/hgf-266x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"266\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>O jornal Di\u00e1rio do Nordeste noticiou na semana passada a morte de um beb\u00ea rec\u00e9m-nascido que n\u00e3o teve a transfus\u00e3o de sangue autorizada por sua av\u00f3 que seria Testemunha de Jeov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>O caso aconteceu no setor de Neonatal do Hospital Geral de Fortaleza (HGF) e os m\u00e9dicos chegaram a acionar o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Estadual (MPE) para que a Justi\u00e7a pudesse intervir e permitir que a transfus\u00e3o acontecesse.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a promotora de Justi\u00e7a de Defesa da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude, Ant\u00f4nia Lima, a m\u00e3e do beb\u00ea, por ser uma adolescente de 15 anos, n\u00e3o poderia responder pela crian\u00e7a e n\u00e3o conseguiu convencer a av\u00f3 a autorizar o procedimento m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<p>O MPE n\u00e3o conseguiu interferir a tempo e a crian\u00e7a acabou falecendo. A fam\u00edlia n\u00e3o autorizou o HGF a dar informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a causa da morte para a imprensa dizendo que o caso \u00e9 delicado.<\/p>\n<p>A promotora acredita que a av\u00f3 do beb\u00ea poder\u00e1 responder criminalmente pela morte como homic\u00eddio doloso. \u201cN\u00f3s entendemos que a av\u00f3, ao n\u00e3o permitir que a crian\u00e7a tomasse sangue assumiu o risco pela morte da crian\u00e7a, ent\u00e3o j\u00e1 \u00e9 um [homic\u00eddio] doloso\u201d, afirma Ant\u00f4nia Lima.<\/p>\n<p>A reportagem do Di\u00e1rio do Nordeste foi consultar o representante da Testemunha de Jeov\u00e1 no Cear\u00e1, Ricardo Kataoka, que afirmou que nem a av\u00f3 nem a m\u00e3e do beb\u00ea fazem parte da religi\u00e3o.
