\"\"<\/a>O Projeto de Lei Complementar 122\/2006 n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 mais tramitado no Senado, pois nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (17) ele foi apensado ao projeto de\u00a0reforma\u00a0do\u00a0C\u00f3digo Penal\u00a0(PLS 236\/2012).<\/p>\n

A vota\u00e7\u00e3o teve 29 votos favor\u00e1veis, 12 contr\u00e1rios e 2 absten\u00e7\u00f5es. O requerimento de juntar os dois projetos \u00e9 de autoria do senador Eduardo Lopes (PRB-RJ) que entendeu que o C\u00f3digo Penal j\u00e1 engloba o assunto de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o ao tipificar a intoler\u00e2ncia, o racismo e\u00a0todo tipo\u00a0de viol\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Em defesa de seu projeto, Lopes destacou\u00a0que por\u00a0tratarem de assuntos correlatos n\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de ter duas propostas tramitando separadamente.<\/p>\n

O relator do PL 122, o senador Paulo Paim (PT-RS) foi contra o requerimento e pediu para que a vota\u00e7\u00e3o fosse nominal para que todos soubessem quem foi contra e quem foi a favor do apensamento.<\/p>\n

Entre os senadores que votaram a favor estava Magno Malta (PR-ES) que gravou um v\u00eddeo para o seu Instagram comemorando a decis\u00e3o do Plen\u00e1rio. \u201cEsse PL 122 famigerado, o tal projeto da homofobia, tem 11 anos aqui, 11\u00a0anos de guerra, mas hoje ele foi sepultado definitivamente\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n

Nas \u00faltimas semanas o projeto estava em discuss\u00e3o na Comiss\u00e3o de\u00a0Direitos Humanos, mas por diversas vezes a vota\u00e7\u00e3o foi cancelada at\u00e9 que uma ordem do governo decidiu retirar o PL 122 de pauta e s\u00f3 voltar a discuti-lo em 2014 depois das elei\u00e7\u00f5es. Por\u00e9m a decis\u00e3o desta ter\u00e7a mudou os planos do PT.
