Em agosto, o tribunal atendeu pedido de proibi\u00e7\u00e3o feito pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. Cabe recurso, mas a decis\u00e3o deve ser cumprida imediatamente. A decis\u00e3o foi tomada ontem (16).<\/p>\n<p>Os desembargadores analisaram recursos apresentados pela operadoras TIM e Telef\u00f4nica e pela Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es (Anatel). As recorrentes alegam que a primeira decis\u00e3o do tribunal n\u00e3o foi clara em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s operadoras atingidas pela decis\u00e3o, \u00e0 reativa\u00e7\u00e3o dos cr\u00e9ditos expirados, a linhas canceladas e a antigos usu\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>O relator do processo, desembargador federal Souza Prudente, negou os recursos por entender que n\u00e3o houve contradi\u00e7\u00f5es no ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o, texto final da decis\u00e3o do colegiado. Segundo o desembargador, cabe \u00e0 Anatel, ag\u00eancia reguladora do setor, cumprir e estender a decis\u00e3o a todas as operadoras.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre a reativa\u00e7\u00e3o dos cr\u00e9ditos expirados, o desembargador ressaltou que a primeira decis\u00e3o deixou claro que as operadoras devem \u201creativar, no prazo de 30 dias, o servi\u00e7o de telefonia m\u00f3vel em prol de todos os
