O Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Amazonas (1\u00aa C\u00e2mara C\u00edvel) jugou o recurso apresentado pela CGADB (Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Geral das Assembleias de Deus no Brasil) e decidiu pela n\u00e3o reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o de C\u00e2mara.<\/p>\n<p>A decis\u00e3o foi assinada pelo Desembargador Paulo Lima alegando falta de fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o para o pedido de reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o, contestando os motivos que levaram a a\u00e7\u00e3o a ser movida no Amazonas, sendo que a sede da CGADB est\u00e1 localizada no Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n<p>Ao entrar na Justi\u00e7a o pastor Samuel C\u00e2mara almejava suspender a decis\u00e3o da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o de expuls\u00e1-lo por mal comportamento. Durante a Assembleia Geral Extraordin\u00e1ria de 2012 ele e outros tr\u00eas pastores (J\u00f4natas C\u00e2mara, S\u00f3stenes Ap\u00f3los e Ivan Bastos) foram acusados de provocar tumultos. A Mesa Diretora realizou sess\u00f5es para analisar os processos disciplinares e ficou decidiu que todos eles seriam desligados da conven\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Mesmo sob multa milion\u00e1ria, a CGADB n\u00e3o reintegrou C\u00e2mara e entrou com esse recurso conseguindo o aval para n\u00e3o ter obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de aceitar o pastor da Igreja-M\u00e3e no rol de pastores.<\/p>\n<p>No pedido, a Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Geral das Assembleias de Deus no Brasil alegou que n\u00e3o havia amparo legal para aceitar C\u00e2mara novamente dizendo que ele foi \u201cexclu\u00eddo de modo regular, tendo
