\u201cA acusa\u00e7\u00e3o parcial e maliciosa [feita contra Jesus] violou seus direitos humanos\u201d, disse Dola Indidis, advogado que \u00e9 ex-porta-voz do Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a do Qu\u00eania.<\/p>\n

O advogado ressalta que sua iniciativa n\u00e3o tem liga\u00e7\u00e3o direta com sua f\u00e9, e que o resultado da sua a\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o mudar\u00e1 em nada o que cr\u00ea, mas entende ser necess\u00e1rio que o caso, visto por ele como uma \u201cm\u00e1 conduta judicial, abuso de poder, preconceito e inj\u00faria\u201d por parte de P\u00f4ncio Pilatos, seja revisto.<\/p>\n

Embora historiadores e at\u00e9 te\u00f3logos tenham uma vis\u00e3o semelhante \u00e0 do advogado, o pedido de Dola Indidis ao Tribunal Internacional de Justi\u00e7a, em Haia, foi tratado em tom de piada por ve\u00edculos de imprensa de todo o mundo.<\/p>\n

Como \u00e9 um caso de mais de 2000 mil anos e envolve, al\u00e9m do pr\u00f3prio Cristo, um imp\u00e9rio que n\u00e3o existe mais, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel que o caso n\u00e3o siga adiante. A primeira tentativa, falha, do advogado aconteceu em 2007, no Tribunal Superior do Qu\u00eania, na cidade em Nairobi, e o caso n\u00e3o foi levado adiante.<\/p>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es Shalom Life, o l\u00edder religioso queniano Maloba Wesonga, porta-voz da Arquidiocese de Nair\u00f3bi, classificou como in\u00fatil o esfor\u00e7o do advogado: \u201cComo sabemos, esse julgamento tinha que acontecer. Devemos entender que Jesus n\u00e3o era vulner\u00e1vel e ningu\u00e9m pode querer fazer justi\u00e7a a Deus\u201d, destacando a quest\u00e3o a partir do ponto de vista teol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n
