Querido pastor,<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cGra\u00e7a, miseric\u00f3rdia e paz\u201d. \u00c9 assim que o ap\u00f3stolo Paulo saudava os pastores em suas epistolas pastorais. Sim, em todas as outras epistolas Paulo saudou as igrejas, ou o irm\u00e3o Filemon com a Gra\u00e7a e a Paz. Mas, em suas epistolas endere\u00e7adas aos pastores Tim\u00f3teo e Tito, ele acrescentou a miseric\u00f3rdia entre a gra\u00e7a e a paz. Sem d\u00favida isto n\u00e3o foi por acaso. Ele sabia mais do que ningu\u00e9m o quanto n\u00f3s, pastores, necessitamos da miseric\u00f3rdia do Senhor para desempenhar o minist\u00e9rio que Ele nos confiou.<\/p>\n

Somos exemplo para o rebanho, como nos ensina Pedro em sua primeira ep\u00edstola 5:3. O pastor tem que fortalecer os fracos, levantar os ca\u00eddos, consolar os que choram, apoiar os que lutam. Mas quem nos fortalece em nossa fraqueza? Quem nos levanta quando estamos ca\u00eddos? Quem nos consola quando choramos? Quem nos ap\u00f3ia em nossas lutas?<\/p>\n

Sim, temos apenas o Senhor e\u00a0dependemos\u00a0de uma maneira especial que Ele tenha miseric\u00f3rdia de n\u00f3s, pastores, e nos forne\u00e7a aquilo que n\u00f3s temos que dar a tantos que nos buscam desejando encontrar em n\u00f3s esta gra\u00e7a de Deus.<\/p>\n

Ser pastor muitas vezes \u00e9 uma miss\u00e3o solit\u00e1ria, mesmo quando estamos cercados de gente. Mesmo nossos pares pr\u00f3ximos, n\u00e3o raro, n\u00e3o conseguem entender nossas lutas e o ser humano \u00e9 cruel em seus julgamentos. As dores e lutas que cultivamos em nossos cora\u00e7\u00f5es, por vezes t\u00eam que ser sufocadas em n\u00f3s por amor ao minist\u00e9rio que o Senhor nos confiou.<\/p>\n

Hoje \u00e9 o dia do pastor. \u00c9 um dia de homenagens e aten\u00e7\u00e3o. Mas tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 dia de reflex\u00e3o para n\u00f3s, pastores. Nesses dias em que ser pastor \u00e9 associar seu nome a coisas nada lisonjeiras. Tempo em que se dizer pastor por si s\u00f3 j\u00e1 levanta desconfian\u00e7as. \u00c9poca em que assumir um pastorado significa ser suspeito de sedu\u00e7\u00e3o, e malversa\u00e7\u00e3o dos bens das pessoas que est\u00e3o sob a nossa responsabilidade. \u00c9 tempo de rever nossas motiva\u00e7\u00f5es e avaliar as responsabilidades do nosso chamado.<\/p>\n

A B\u00edblia nos diz que haveremos de prestar contas de cada alma que est\u00e1 sob nossos cuidados. Claro que n\u00e3o somos respons\u00e1veis pela salva\u00e7\u00e3o, isto \u00e9 algo pessoal \u00a0e prerrogativa \u00fanica de Deus. Mas, naquilo que est\u00e1 ao nosso alcance estamos fazendo o nosso melhor?\u00a0Neste mundo coalhado por ambi\u00e7\u00f5es de crescimento explosivo, compromisso cada vez menor com Deus, ego\u00edsmo e egocentrismo como ser um Pastor segundo o cora\u00e7\u00e3o de Deus?<\/p>\n

Ai daquele que faz a obra do Senhor relaxadamente. Ai daquele que faz do povo de Deus mercadoria e motivo de ganho. Ai daquele que causa trope\u00e7os. Ai daquele que despreza aqueles a quem Deus amou e por quem entregou sua vida.<\/p>\n

Querido pastor. Que neste dia possamos nos colocar dependentes desta miseric\u00f3rdia do Senhor e, em meio a esta gera\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e3o corrompida, possamos honrar a caminhada que valorosos pastores trilharam ao longo da hist\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n
