A Justi\u00e7a determinou que a Igreja Deus \u00e9 Amor pague uma indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de R$280.000,00 ao cantor Marcelo Silva Horta que gravou um CD pela denomina\u00e7\u00e3o, vendeu 100.000 c\u00f3pias, mas n\u00e3o recebeu seus direitos.<\/p>\n

\"IgrejaA decis\u00e3o partiu do Juiz da 10\u00aa Vara do Trabalho de Belo Horizonte, Marcelo Vidal, que entendeu que a denomina\u00e7\u00e3o fundada por David Miranda se apropriou indevidamente dos direitos autorais do cantor, causando um preju\u00edzo material de R$200.000.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m do dano material, o juiz entendeu tamb\u00e9m que houve danos morais, j\u00e1 que a igreja noticiou que o cantor estava em \u201cdisciplinamento\u201d afastando ele das atividades da igreja.<\/p>\n

Segundo o juiz, os direitos autorais de Marcelo Silva Horta foram violados e a igreja deveria ter assinado a carteira de trabalho do mesmo, j\u00e1 que ele trabalhava na institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Foram tr\u00eas anos de trabalho prestado para a denomina\u00e7\u00e3o, durante este tempo o cantor participava dos cultos e viajava realizando shows.
