O deputado Jo\u00e3o Campos, l\u00edder da Bancada Evang\u00e9lica, acredita que ao oferecer este poder \u00e0s entidades religiosas o Brasil est\u00e1 fazendo a \u201camplia\u00e7\u00e3o da cidadania e do acesso \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlguns temas dizem respeito diretamente \u00e0s entidades religiosas. A quest\u00e3o da imunidade tribut\u00e1ria, por exemplo, assim como a liberdade religiosa e o ensino religioso facultativo, entre outros. Se tivermos em algum momento alguma lei que fere um desses princ\u00edpios n\u00e3o ter\u00edamos como questionar isso no Supremo. Com a proposta, estamos corrigindo uma grave omiss\u00e3o em que o constituinte incorreu ao deixar essa lacuna\u201d, explicou o parlamentar.<\/p>\n<p>A PEC segue agora para uma comiss\u00e3o especial e em seguida deve ir para julgamento no plen\u00e1rio onde ter\u00e1 que passar por dois turnos.\u00a0<em>Com informa\u00e7\u00f5es
