A pol\u00edcia paulista faz uma apura\u00e7\u00e3o independente das acusa\u00e7\u00f5es de estupro qualificado e agress\u00e3o contra Feliciano. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o desses fatos corre em Bras\u00edlia, onde teriam ocorrido e porque o parlamentar possui foro privilegiado.<\/p>\n<p>A pol\u00edcia civil de S\u00e3o Paulo ir\u00e1, no final do inqu\u00e9rito, pedir a pris\u00e3o preventiva da jovem. \u201cAo t\u00e9rmino do inqu\u00e9rito vou pedir a preventiva dela\u201d, afirmou Hellmeister. O delegado explica que, no primeiro momento, cogitou pedir a pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria do assessor de Feliciano.<\/p>\n<p>Contudo, ap\u00f3s ouvir novas testemunhas e obter provas que esclareciam a situa\u00e7\u00e3o, concluiu que n\u00e3o houve sequestro. Foi determinante para isso as imagens da c\u00e2mera do hotel onde ela estava hospedada e os v\u00eddeos onde Patr\u00edcia, Emerson e Bauer negociam o sil\u00eancio da jovem.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta quinta-feira (18), foram ouvidas duas novas testemunhas, incluindo Rodrigo Simonsen, ex-namorado de Patr\u00edcia. Ele contou \u00e0 pol\u00edcia que entre 30 de julho e 5 de agosto, dormiu quatro noites com ela em um hotel no centro de S\u00e3o Paulo. Foi neste per\u00edodo que ela afirma ter ocorrido o c\u00e1rcere privado. \u201cEle disse que nestes quatro dias n\u00e3o encontrou Bauer\u201d, esclarece o delegado.<\/p>\n<p>A defesa de Patr\u00edcia Lelis n\u00e3o foi localizada para comentar a decis\u00e3o. Seus advogados haviam e pedido cinco dias para Patr\u00edcia fazer mudan\u00e7as no depoimento que prestou no \u00faltimo dia 5<\/p>\n<h2>Patr\u00edcia ambiciona carreira pol\u00edtica<\/h2>\n<p>Emerson Biazon, que aparece nos v\u00eddeos atuando como uma esp\u00e9cie de intermedi\u00e1rio, usou as redes sociais para mostrar uma conversa que teve com Patr\u00edcia pelo WahtsApp. Nela, a jovem afirma que s\u00f3 se exporia para a imprensa por dinheiro. Ele tamb\u00e9m revelou que o objetivo dela com toda a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o era motivado pela ambi\u00e7\u00e3o de uma carreira na pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUma mulher que foi estuprada n\u00e3o age como agiu, me pediu favor de arrumar um emprego e ainda mentiu falando que eu disse que sou da Record, menina, seu lugar n\u00e3o \u00e9 na cadeia e no manic\u00f4mio!! Vai se tratar antes que prejudica mais pessoas sua louca! E ainda me fala dentro carro que depois dessa exposi\u00e7\u00e3o na m\u00eddia vai sair a candidata a deputada?\u201d, <a class=\"external\" title=\"\"
