A peti\u00e7\u00e3o de Daciolo afirma que a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do vice-presidente foi ativa e n\u00e3o t\u00e3o-somente omissiva, tendo ele autorizado indevidamente e sem o aval do Congresso Nacional a libera\u00e7\u00e3o de cr\u00e9ditos suplementares quando ocupou a presid\u00eancia em ocasi\u00f5es que Dilma estava viajando.<\/p>\n
O parlamentar requereu ainda que seu pedido seja anexado ao pedido do afastamento da presidente Dilma Rousseff, pois as raz\u00f5es s\u00e3o as mesmas.<\/p>\n
