Al\u00e9m disso, a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o mensal dele variava de acordo com as metas de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o, e ele recebia pr\u00eamios, como autom\u00f3vel ou casa, de acordo com a produtividade, e era punido se n\u00e3o alcan\u00e7asse as metas.<\/p>\n<p>No processo movido contra a igreja, o pastor alegou que era obrigado a prestar contas diariamente aos seus superiores, sob amea\u00e7as de rebaixamento e transfer\u00eancia, e que tinha que cumprir metas de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, sendo que essa seria sua principal fun\u00e7\u00e3o na igreja, e ele afirma que era instru\u00eddo a pregar cap\u00edtulos e vers\u00edculos b\u00edblicos que estimulavam as ofertas e os d\u00edzimos dos frequentadores da IURD.<\/p>\n<p>Inicialmente, a Igreja Universal havia o contratado na fun\u00e7\u00e3o de obreiro em Curitiba, no Paran\u00e1, com sal\u00e1rio fixo e mensal. Ap\u00f3s dois anos, ele foi consagrado pastor da denomina\u00e7\u00e3o, at\u00e9 ser demitido sem justa causa, depois de 14 anos atuando na institui\u00e7\u00e3o religiosa.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar de as inst\u00e2ncias anteriores terem definido que o trabalho como pastor n\u00e3o configura v\u00ednculo empregat\u00edcio, por se tratar de um trabalho motivado por voca\u00e7\u00e3o religiosa o ministro Alexandre Agra Belmonte, relator do recurso do pastor ao TST, afirmou que no caso espec\u00edfico deste pastor, existem fatos e provas fartas de elementos caracterizadores do v\u00ednculo.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Diante desse quadro, a ficha pastoral de ingresso na institui\u00e7\u00e3o e de convers\u00e3o \u00e0 ideologia da igreja torna-se documento absolutamente irrelevante, uma vez que o seu conte\u00fado foi descaracterizado pelos depoimentos, sendo o contrato de trabalho um contrato realidade, cuja exist\u00eancia decorre do modo de presta\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho e n\u00e3o da mera declara\u00e7\u00e3o formal de vontade \u2013 afirmou o ministro.<\/p>\n<p>Com a decis\u00e3o do TST, o processo retornar\u00e1 ao Tribunal Regional de Trabalho da 9\u00aa Regi\u00e3o
